1. How many days does the customer have for returning the product after the purchase
If you are living in Cyprus – 1 week
If your are living within the EU – 2 weeks
If you are living outside the EU – 3 weeks
2. Who will cover the shipping costs if the product is returned?
The customer has to cover the shipping fees associated with returning the product to HelenaG.
3. Any specific requirements for returning the product? i.e. using only registered post & tracking
The product must be returned in its original packaging, not damaged or stained. The product should be sent using registered post and tracking code provided. We will not be liable if the item is not sent via registered post and does not arrive at the studio. If the item does not arrive or arrives damaged no refund will be granted.
4. What type of refund(s) will you offered?
The cost of the item purchased will be refunded only. Shipping to the Client or return shipping costs will not be refunded.
5. How will the refund be carried out and how long will it take?
The required amount will be deposited into the paypal account used during the purchase 1 day after the item has been received and inspected successfully.
